Absolutely bizarre movie but I love it

One of my Favorite movies along with Fantastic Voyage, The Neptune Factor, Journey to the Center of the Earth, The Lost World and others that I have on DVD and always watch them over and over.

One of the greatest films ever made. It deserves a spot in the Criterion Collection, along side Stray Dog and Jin Roh.

Jeff was absolutely gorgeous in this movie. Rachel too. I loved their scenes in Mexico. My favorite scene is when she was walking along the beach and he ran past her. The lighting was perfect and the way they were shot in silhouette was stunning.

I just watched the "In Hell" movie. Loads of action, but I didn't like my black leathered bro being the stalker rapist-killer. And it's real creepy shit when I see his face because that's what my face looks like, to a tee. WTF? I said to myself. I didn't like the fact he resembled me so much! He's goateed et al, black leathered, black jeans, switchblade, just like me. Yea. It's true all us black leathered guys loves to wear black leathers, love to swear alot, have black guns, switchblades, motorcycles, black Camaros, black Ferraris, tattoos et al, but stalking a married chick who is alone in her house, breaks in and rapes and kills her? That only happens in these kinda movies. It ain't happenin in real life cuz we black leathered guys don't commit rape crimes. We ain't into that at all.

Was this inspired by Star Wars? Even though they seem to have very little in common, it always makes me think of Star Wars. Mainly because the two main characters are so similar to Luke Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi.

I saw that legendary 1990's movie several times on DVD and Blu-Ray. I also bought a Stephen King novel of that story from a local bookstore in Munkkivuori, Helsinki 🇫🇮, on this week's winter vacation 😺👍. The book is translated in finnish 🇫🇮, and it only cost 2€ 😹👍.
